Dr. Kongkiat Opaswongkarn

An acclaimed international financial manager

Dr. Kongkiat Opaswongkarn is the founder and CEO of Asia Plus Group Holdings PCL.

He is well-regarded for his deal-making experience. He has pioneered more than thirty large-scale M&A transactions across a number of industries. He has also advised over one hundred entrepreneurs to fund their business expansions via IPOs, and with private equity or venture capital.

Dr. Opaswongkarn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur, senior executive, and mentor to the table. He is skilled with networking and is passionate about partnering with and supporting promising entrepreneurs and helping them build their businesses toward success.

Eitan Lavie

Artofin General Partner
An experienced international investor and serial entrepreneur

Eitan is a seasoned international investor, entrepreneur, and dealmaker with over 25 years of experience and 100+ transactions across investments, M&A, and strategic alliances.

He began his career as a lawyer specializing in securities and international commercial law — a foundation that gives him a rare edge in structuring complex cross-border deals.

Over the past two decades, Eitan has built one of the most extensive networks connecting Israeli deep-tech with Asian capital and markets. Among his activities, he co-founded Thailand’s first governmental startup acceleration program (SPARK).

Since founding Artofin, Eitan has led the fund from its first investment to a portfolio of 11 and a growing track record of backing innovative deep-tech companies.

Yogev Oshaya 

Associate 

For the past four years, Yogev has supported Artofin’s investment activities across market research, opportunity assessment, founder relationships, and strategic portfolio initiatives.

A fluent Mandarin speaker with over three years of living and working in Asia, Yogev brings strong cross-cultural understanding and trusted relationships that support Artofin’s engagement with Asian partners, founders, and investors.

His strong connections within the Israeli innovation ecosystem contribute valuable market access and early visibility into high-potential founders and emerging technologies.

Yogev also brings exceptional communication skills, helping translate complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives for founders, partners, and investors. His writing has been featured in leading publications, including a cover story for Haaretz Magazine.

David Meyohas

Senior Associate 

Mr. Meyohas is an accomplished alumnus of Reichman University, where he completed his MA in Financial Economics. David was born in Chile and “made Aliya” to Israel in his early twenties.  

David is a perfect team player thanks to his knowledge and personality. With a vibrant and youthful energy, he brings his professional experience in venture capital, M&A, and financial analysis to Artofin.

Before joining Artofin, David held various roles in M&A and VC investments. He served as the corporate development manager at an Israeli defense company. Additionally, he worked as an analyst in an Israeli cross-border M&A boutique, and a leading Luxemburg-Israeli VC fund.

Kavee is a seasoned investment and finance professional with over 27 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, M&A, and corporate financial management.

He has been involved in 200+ deals across various sectors throughout his career.

Beyond deal execution, Kavee has a proven track record in managing and exiting investments, as well as leading key strategic initiatives, corporate transformations, and driving operational and financial turnarounds. 

His hands-on approach and deep industry expertise have enabled him to generate significant value across diverse industries and markets.

Roberth Friedman

Senior Associate, Sweden &Nordic
  

A highly reputable and well-connected international business developer with a foot in both the Swedish and Israeli ecosystems.

Roberth deploys his deep network and unique talents to help businesses navigate local market uncertainties across ICT, Automotive, Smart City, Cybertech, Foodtech, and Fintech.

He has an impeccable track record of sourcing and brokering international deals for Sweden’s largest companies (e.g., H&M and both Volvo brands) and helping Israeli startups enter the Swedish market.

Currently, Roberth is responsible for fostering business and economic relations between Israel and Sweden for the Israel Ministry of Economy & Industry.

Qualifications:
Certified board member (Board Academy Sweden), M.Sc. Technology (Royal Institute of Technology, KTH), M.Sc. Business Administration and Economic (Stockholm University), Swedish Armed Forces Special Units.

An expert M&A, government relations, and technology

Mr. Harvey is a Harvard Business School alumni with over 14 years of experience helping develop businesses across SEA, particularly Vietnam.

Harvey has strong knowledge in M&A, government relations, technology, data analytics, and BI.

He has held executive positions across the financial, mobility, and investment industry, notably including Agribank (VN largest bank), Sun Life (NYSE:SLF), Havas Group (FRA:HAV), BeGroup (VN 2nd largest ride-hailing corp), CAKE (VN Fastest growing digital bank), IDG Capital and Trung Nguyên group (VN top 3 coffee producers).

Harvey has also been a private investor in startups and businesses from seed to series C, where he gets very hands-on with all his portfolio, helping them grow and maintain this growth even after he existed

Axel Marchand

Senior Associate, Taiwan

Former Sciences Po Paris alumnus, where he was trained as a diplomat, Axel Marchand has been based in Asia since 2002

As the founder and president of the French-Taiwanese Family Offices Association, he’s been involved in the investment space for more than 15 years.

He specializes in PE and VC fund investments. He is presently based between Taipei and Tokyo and also speaks Mandarin.

Vichian Suksoir 

Regional Advisor – Thailand

Vichian has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University. He worked for over ten years as a Deputy Executive Director at Thailand National Innovation Agency.

In this capacity, he worked on strategic planning and financial support mechanisms to promote innovative projects and global cooperation. He also spearheaded new projects in various industries, including ethanol production from agricultural waste, Bio-based business, IoT, and automation.

Vichian’s experience in international collaboration, particularly with Japan and Israel, is very valuable for Artofin’s success. Vhichian promotes collaboration with strategic LPs and partners, develops investment strategies, and supports Artofin’s portfolio companies’ expansion to Asian markets.

Prof. Oded Shoseyov

Scientific Advisory Board 

Professor Shoseyov is a renowned professor of protein engineering and nanobiotechnology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. 

With an entrepreneurial mindset, he has founded several companies based on technology from his research.

Professor Shoseyov has authored or co-authored over 180 scientific publications and holds several patents. His accomplishments have earned him numerous awards and accolades worldwide. His TED talk is a must-watch.
